Refunds

Upon receiving your package, we will refund the value of the items within 30 days, by the means of your choice:

Bank transfer

Let us know your IBAN account and we can refund the value directly to your account.

Credit on your bank card

As easy as when you pay, the value of the returned items will be credited by YOKKO, directly into your credit card bank account.
This method is available only for orders originally paid with a credit card.

Please note that all paid shipping charges are non-refundable.
